    On May 22, Projection was awarded the “Excellence in Live Design” Award in a ceremony sponsered by Live Design, a magazine for live entertainment professionals in lighting, sound, staging and projection.   Projection received the most votes among the corporate event category of the competition.  The award was given for a flash mob produced for the opening session of the American Academy of Pediatrics National Conference and Exhibition at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in October 2011.

    On August 11, the Projection team at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) serviced an event for client, Liberty Mutual, in “true HD.” All equipment and components used were in 1080p and no Standard Definition equipment was used.
