Larry brings more than four decades of audiovisual and in-house facility experience to his leadership of Projection’s venue operations. Since joining Projection full-time in 1983, he has provided executive oversight of strategic planning, financial performance, business development, and service delivery across the company’s in-house portfolio. Larry builds and mentors high-performing teams while aligning operations with each property’s business and customer service goals. His leadership has helped Projection maintain facility partnerships with an average tenure of nearly 24 years.
